October 29 T3 Events: Hallowed Sat Night-Out at PlushOnce again, Halloween's rolled on and seen a few ghastly-looking fellows getting all dressed up in stylish gore, although, we spotted a couple of sharp dressers and cosplayers. We did wonder, how our emperor of China, and the Japanese soldier who obviously met a tragic death here on our Sunny Lil' Island not too long ago (say WWII?) could possibly have shown up at our little gathering.... And of course, how could we miss the odd combo of creatures, roaming around in a clutter, in the likes of old sexy but scary Mister "the crow", miss kawaii japanese waitress, the bloody mummy (I'm not swearing!) and a parish who thinks his cross is sexier than his mummy? Also, Plush's very own glitterized staff...Mmm excitingly ghastly so to speak. Ah...and the good ol' german from T3, who else but he could possibly think, Ah HA!, a straw. We've also had gasmask dude with the fishmonger gloves and Mr "I Drink all Night, Talk Shit all Day" hang out with us gadget candies, where we did politely borrow gas-mask man's glove to smack the german around, but that's another story for a beer session... The blood soaked ghost with the kiss of death lips, the painted mask man, and the other mask man who isn't exactly painted. Couldn't decide which was scary, a black mask or a real black man becoming a white lady...Good job though, where's my candy? The sweet girly japanese anime girl we saw with dolls and bubble puffs, and our ladies in black looking darkishly gothic. Fangs anyone? And...of course, the gadget candies here at T3. Til next time! ~T3: Tomorrow's Technology Today October 24 Old Memoriez...New TakeThe Ol' St Nicks...1989-2000 And yes...I was a nerdy girl, as I am still. Something longer hair and age can't cover up. St Nicks'....days aplenty with laughter and fun, and the fails and passing of becoming old. Old school benches...now i recall.... &The canteen had really funny stools...how long ago was this???? What's in your memory? I know mine's full of holes and loops that need to be replenished before I recall stuff. And here, most of it resides, having spent a good 10 years...from Pri to secondary...I even remember the wonderful times I spent with a few of my closest friends whom have since parted way. October 09 Tired...and sleepyIs it only me, but it seems when monday rolls along, it's always sleepy town. And yet, it just seems inevitable that you get worn out at the end of the day, where playing my psp, whilst huddled under my blankets seem the most logical choice for me. Right now, all i wanna do is, to eat a big bowl of instant noodles, and a half boiled egg, and sleep. Really a great choice from my refrigerator's delectable range of food choices, but... Stomach *rumbles* Sleep. Sleep's always the best way out for people like me. ~ When is enough enough? Is being under 50, such an important quest in life?
October 06 Clean as clean gets...
Found this incredible buy at Watson the other day, got 2 packs, and well...they work wonders. As it is, my uber-emo eye liner look, gets wiped off in under a minute, whilst it took about an twenty minutes of hard rubbing, with at least 3 makeup removers. Amazing. Was retailing at $2.99, as it was a sale item there. But, compared to the Neutrogena range...this cumber wipes does what it does, better perhaps from personal usage, at almost 4times the value. Priceless! ***
On another note, Bread talk came out with a novelty bread-range. Which...let's just put it this way, made our ladies squeal. ~ bargain bin talk. October 05 And so...it all starts again...Just realized...i havent blogged in ages.
Where of course, real life's got me alittle bogged down at the same time.
Still, there's so many things to do, with that much time on hand,
you almost wonder if its an inevitable thing that I would get my very first white hair...
Work at the office has gotten more hetic, but at the same time, as challenging as it gets.
Music-wise, did my submission for s-pop, and although, the guys thought we did a fairly good one,
it seemed lacking.
Got myself two sweet pieces of gear:
the EMU- 1616M (PCI card + box set) and Audio Technica 2020 condenser mic.
~These are what i denote as the top of the range sets, that an amateur wannabe semi-pro DIY personnel like me would use and highly recommend.
Still...
If i go missing too long, do venture over to our magazine's site:
www.t3mag.com.sg/blog, which although lacking in some parts, will only get better.
When life seems hard,
it only gets harder.
